Face moisturiser: can be used day and night. Apply a small amount of oil with your fingertips to your face and neck and gently massage into skin. Allow a few minutes to penetrate before applying makeup.
Scars: massage oil into the scar morning and night.
Stretch marks: to keep skin soft and supple and for skin that is expanding, massage into skin twice a day.
Blemished skin: gently massage oil into cleansed skin morning and night.
Lips: apply regularly to dry chapped lips.
Hands: massage as often as required into hands. For extremely dry hands wash with a natural/organic soap which is less likely to irritate and dry the skin.
Frizzy/dry/damaged: apply a small amount of oil to your fingers and then comb them lightly through your hair concentrating on the problem areas.
Hair conditioner: apply oil to the hair and comb through. Leave in overnight and wash out in the morning.
Scalp: massage gently into the scalp in the evening and wash out in the morning. For problem flaky scalp wash with natural/organic shampoo.
Shaving oil: apply oil to your face and shave as normal.
After shave: apply a few drops of oil to the face and neck and gently massage into your skin.
Bald heads: massage a small amount directly onto your head and using fingertips gently massage in.
Females: Clean skin well using products without sulphates and fragrances to avoid inflammation flare-ups. Then gently apply by massaging oil into your face and neck.
Males: If you shave then try a natural/organic shaving product or use the oil to shave with. Apply enough oil so the blade gently glides over the skin. Once skin is clean massage a small amount of oil into your face and neck area.
CHILDREN & BABIES
Flaky scalps: apply oil to the head and leave for a couple of minutes. Gently comb the flaky bits away. To prevent the condition returning follow with a natural/organic shampoo.
Chaffed bottoms: apply directly to the area and gently rub in. To avoid further irritation try using avocado oil and tissues to clean instead of wipes.
Massage: gently massage oil into skin.
Dry skin: Massage a few drops into affected area as often as needed. Avoid products that contain chemicals that can cause dryness of the skin.
Avado avocado oil is ideal for any sensitive skin condition. Just apply a few drops of oil via the fingertips gently patting in where needed. If the condition doesn’t appear to be clearing up stop using any products that contain irritants and chemicals such as washing powders and general beauty products.
